Cant run app

My Now tv stick has been working perfectly and today it’s saying can’t run app because it cannot be reinstalled from the network. I am connected to internet and have full bars when i try to press an app it takes me off of now tv.

What app are you talking about as NOW on NOW sticks are there by default? So you won’t be able to delete it.

Try unplugging the stick and your router for a few minutes.
Make sure the stick is fully updated.
