Movies won’t play

My movies load then when I press play it doesn’t work the little thing spins then then it goes back to main screen, I have excellent internet connections I’ve rebooted the box and checked that my pass is still active!!i don’t know what else to do

WiFi password has changed

Hi, recently I have changed broadband router so I now have a new WiFi password. My nowtv is connected to my old one. I have no remote so have been using ROKU remote before this. Is there any way of changing WiFi password without a remote?
