yes, have dial tone on the phone line, as soon as one digit is dialled I get the engaged tone. No data on the hub.

Same here, near Waterlooville. Phoned up and there’s a recorded message saying engineers are onto it no idea if that relates to our region though

Yes having same problem in Hampshire. Just got thru on phone and seems to be a general issue. Open reach looking at it. No estimate on how long. It wasn’t clear how widespread issue is , he just said over 1000 users.
