Blank screen watching live stream

Since yesterday's update live TV plays for a short time then gives a blank screen? Sound continues, and if I press the remote the picture returns for 1 minute then goes blank again. Anyone with same issue?

Nowtv stick

I use the nowtv app on my TV but recently received a message saying that nowtv would no longer be supported on this device from 24th of August, my question is that is it worthwhile buying the TV stick? Is it just the app that won't work?

I went away for a few days and when I came back my now tv box had updated and now I cant get any sound on my movies or entertainment. I can get sound on all my apps but nothing else. Could someone please help me resolve this
