Porting phone number

I am switching to fibre to the house with another supplier. They want to know who currently supplies my current number so they can apply to have it ported to their network. Would it be BT as all the lines in the village were put in by BT.

Now Broadband

Free any time calls

Can anyone tell me if my free any time calls are still free with the changes NOW have made to land line calls please?    I can't get throught to them, very frustated,.

Ordering boardband service

I should placed an order for open boardband service. It’s t taken £5 charge for delivery but neither email has been received nor order information can be checked in my account.  Did the order in progress? Thanks
