Porting phone number

I am switching to fibre to the house with another supplier. They want to know who currently supplies my current number so they can apply to have it ported to their network. Would it be BT as all the lines in the village were put in by BT.

I am assuming your new internet and phone provider when switching is asking for your current ISP details which is NOW Broadband & Phone.
