I need to pay the outstanding and switch my account off.
But now I can not make the payment online.
I tried to log in to my account and went to “my payments” page. I entered every detail and got a green tick for every blank.
But the “confirm” button is not working, I can not click it and go to the next step.
Of course, I have tried to give a call on 03303 323 032.
Firstly it redirected me to the self-service. After confirming and entering several info, it says "sorry, something went wrong" and ask me to hold on and wait for the NOW TV experts.
I have waited for more than 20 mins, but no one ever picks me up.
