Updating card details

I am trying to update my bank details, I enter all the relevant details and it goes into the bank sending me a code and the phone number is wrong, I have spoken to the bank and they say there is nothing they can do. How do I make a payment to Nowtv?

Payment for what? Broadband or TV streaming?

Phone support is for broadband customers only. For TV you want live chat.

@gavs82008 I did try the online chat, but it was just automated and you couldn't actually talk to anyone

Not sure what you are are going, but after hitting live chat, I was presented with a box asking what I want. When I typed ‘live chat’ I got straight through to an agent.

Try another browser or deleting the cookies and data.
