Hi,

I've been trying to make a overdue payment for a while - new card arrived, I've updated over a month or so ago now and payment has come out however, the Internet has been suspended? My account still says overdue payment but the money has left the account and when I try pay for the overdue amount it then stated £0 due. I've tired to email, call and yet cannot get anywhere to speak to someone to actually sort the issue. Payment has been made so why is my Internet not working? Right now, monies been taken for a item that doesn't work and cannot get through to a single human to sort this.

Call 150 from a Now landline, or take your pick of:-

0800 759 1213, 0330 041 2518, 0330 041 2462, 0330 332 3050, 0330 041 2473, 0333 759 4816

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
