This company are not good. I booked with them but due to an illness I cancelled an install a day after the order. They will not cancel and. top me I have to cancel after they have installed and made active ????

That can't be right. From the NOW help pages:

If you meet any further resistance call the complaints number on 0800 759 1213.

I already did that the day after the order. They have refused and told me to wait till it live. NO.... The order should be cancelled now not when the install day arrives.

I am so sorry and I don't know what else to advise. Have you tried the complaints number I posted as well?

@Louise5 Anyone can cancel the service in the first 30 days of contract. I'm going to do it too because they didn't track my cashback(reason for switch) and I'm using old Sky Hub because the Now Broadband hub never arrived.
