Broadband and Anytime Calls, switched on 26 Oct, still not got Anytime Calls package sorted

I switched from Talk Talk on 26 Oct, my phone was disconnected at the Talk Talk side, but not added yet on the Now side. I am also being charged for calls I am making. What is going on? Please can you sort out the Anytime Calls I requested and remove charges for calls.

You need to call the broadband team to get anything resolved.

NOW Broadband Members can call us 8am–8pm, 7 days a week.
