Can’t pay the zero amount that is says I need to pay

My broadband isn’t working. My account says that they were unable to take my last payment, which I think they have taken, and when I click make payment now, it says £0 owed, my bank send me a notification asking me to confirm that I’d like to pay £0 to which I click yes. And then my internet still doesn’t work… I have to drive half a mile away to get a mobile signal to phone, can’t find a phone number and don’t have a landline. Any suggestions?
