broad band speed generally really poor

Just signed up to this and my broadband speeds are really really poor. Can't upload items onto instagram and basic websites and social media. I'm getting speeds of 4.39 download but uploads of 0.07. I onlu have one tv linked to the broadband and I can't seem to find a way to complain on this website.

Assuming your speeds are via wifi, I can suggest to try splitting the bands.

What internet service was at the property before, what package and what speeds did you get?

Also are you on adsl or vdsl (fttc) with now?

If you don't know, what package from now are you on ?

This is probably a Wi-Fi problem. Have you checked your wired speeds? What sync speeds do you have?
