Hi @Anonymous User I understand your frustration, especially as it's over the holiday period. Your girlfriend can email in or call us to see why the engineers didn't arrive. If we find that it was OpenReach who missed the appointment we can maybe bring the date forward but it wouldn't be guaranteed.
