HI. We just moved to a new flat and I had applied Now TV combo (including fibre broadband, call & TV), it seems the flats are pre wired with Sky TV & BT?( I found router? in the storage writing BT). The new home staff from our property saying we need to set up an account with BT which I am not sure if we have to do so. Because I had successfully ordered the Now TV package and I believe they had checked all the circumstances of my flats. The engineer will come to install next friday, I do not want to upset him/her because we do not have a BT account. Does anyone faced the same situation can kindly share some information with us.
