Broadband half (somtimes more) than paying for.

In my house we are supposed to be getting 75Mbps Download however on a good day we are only getting 35Mbps.

if it was early days or infrequent I would pass it of as a minor issue and forget about it, However we have been with Now TV for a while and this issue has been persistent for months.

If anyone could help that would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. I have attempted to reach Now TV via there email service to no avail.

Welcome to the forum.

Log into your router from a browser at http://192.168.0.1 (username and password is admin and nowtv unless changed) then go to the Maintenance tab. Here you can see the upload and download connection at the router.

If these look OK it's probably not an issue with the line and may be an issue with wifi performance instead. Try rebooting the hub as by default this should make it choose the best wifi channel for your environment (unless you’ve previously chosen a specific wifi channel for it to use). Alternately you can choose a wifi channel yourself (preferably 1, 6 or 11) by going to
http://192.168.0.1/Now_TV_wireless_channel.html

However if those router stats look low as well or you still suspect it might be a line issue I'd recommend giving the Combo Team a call (free from your home phone).
