Feedback on NowTV software

Is there a way to feedback how horrid the new software is?  Can't find anything on the box now, thankfully I have a second box which is yet to update.  Once it updates that it, bye NowTV.

Now tv

Nowtv box just stopped working. Nothing on screen. Sky works on my BT box though but not so good picture.

Error messages

I have the Now TV app on my LG TV and it has worked reasonably well except for the occasional blurring at times. After a while, I connected my Now TV Black box and had much better reception and no blurring of the picture, at least for a short period....
