Device Management - Removing Devices

So I have 4 Devices listed and I have tried deleting some old ones to replace with new ones and the pop up appears at the top to say it was removed but they still show below and I cannot add a new device!

 

Annoying!

Hi, Seems as if this is a standard problem. I've tried to remove 2 devices this evening. Pop up tells me they have been removed, but they are still listed. I've done this circa 20 times today. Still same problem.

Hi

I used the live chat to fix the problem. Seems to be the best way to fix it.

Sorry to hear you're having issues manging your devices.

Exactly the same issue here, seem sit is incredibly common, and not solved. Now solution shown here you just eamil everyone individually? - why don't you just post the fix??

 

Please help I have tried removing one device, a laptop unsuccessfully for weeks, same thing each time - says it has been successfully removed but it remains there

 

please help

Same problem here for me. It says 'success' when I delete but the device does not de-register from my manage devices. Please can support assist me with this?
