So I have 4 Devices listed and I have tried deleting some old ones to replace with new ones and the pop up appears at the top to say it was removed but they still show below and I cannot add a new device!

current register device
1. ps4
2. now tv box
3. ios ipad
4. pc
i removed my xbox 360 on 26july to add the ps4 it worked fine.
it has been over a month i assume i'm pass the restriction
1st time i try remove my ios ipad with my iphone, but won't work
when i got home i try using pc to remove ios ipad again.
won't work again
then i try using the pc to remove all other device, nothing worked
Please advice what to do
I'm almost tempted to jump ship to netflix

I am also having the same issue - I purchased an LG smart TV so I could use Now TV on the TV. I have tried several times through August and also 8th September to remove PC/Mac from the list so that I have a spare slot for the TV but it keeps on showing in the device management area even though it says it was removed sucessfully and it therefore tells me I still have reach my max limit of registered devices.
Please could you help as it is incredibly confusing and frustrating and I have been trying to watch NotTV for a few weeks on my new TV!

Same issue, won't let me delete any devices. Just bought a now tv box and paid for a sports pass and now missing the match because of this
