Hello
I have just had a message come up on my ipad that states you have used your device limit! However, I do not know how as we were watching fine yesterday on the ipad. I have x2 Apple TVs, and x2 iPads that we use the account on. Can you please help? I logged in and it said that there are x3 apple TVs that are being used.!? Which I don't understand, as I on;y have x2 Apple TVs. I have now changed the passord, but am unable to watch, can you please assist and enable viewing on my ipad again?

Live Chat can sort this for you. Click on this link http://help.nowtv.com/article/How-to-cancel-NOW-TV and hit the green Contact Us at the bottom of the page, this will take you to the Live Chat & Email options (8am - Midnight). Best to use a PC/Mac.

Hi I've just applied for the 14 day trial with Now with espectation to start paying for it which is not a problem.
The problem is I can't watch anything on my devices!!! I uploaded the app to my PC, won't play!!
Uploaded the app to my samsung via google play, keeps asking me for my password and wont let me enter it.
Please help.
People have raved about NowTV but I'm frankly fed up!
Have installed and uninstalled and it still wont play on my PC! So i thought it may play on my samsung S7 but no... doesnt do that as well...
