Device Management - Removing Devices

So I have 4 Devices listed and I have tried deleting some old ones to replace with new ones and the pop up appears at the top to say it was removed but they still show below and I cannot add a new device!

 

Annoying!

Is anyone else not getting this sorted? I have been emailed, but it's now gone quiet. Wasted over half a month's entertainment pass - trying to delete my android so I can swap it with chromecast.

So this seems like a fairly significant bug that still hasn't been fixed.

 

I have exactly the same issue - pop up says removed but they are not.

 

I currently have

1) NOW TV Box (added 11 April 2014)

2x iOS's and a PC/Mac

 

I want to remove the PC/Mac and one of the iOS devices (not sure which). Can you please tell me how remove everything except the NowTV box so I will add on 3 new devices to suite.

@Anonymous User the weird thing is that it's clearly an issue as lots of people are reporting the problem. But when I recently removed a laptop to make way for the Chromecast it worked perfectly fine for me.

Reported this twice still the same! 😞 It's fine contacting Live chat to get them to remove a device but when you have to wait ages it's very annoying!

Hi i am having the same problem tried to remove 2 devices. It tells me they have been removed but they are still there. Help please.
