Taking payments not authorised!! Again!!

21 days ago I had a payment go out after having not used or had any payments gonto nowtv for 8 months.. I went through chat help to be told there must be another account registered with my card details. There isn’t!! Now today 3 x £9.99 has gone out!! The last email I sent to chat I stated I withdrew consent for my card to be used so how has this happened!! I am NOT happy and want my money back ASAP!! Surely me stating in writing that I do not consent to my card being used they can’t do this?? Someone better get back to me ASAP.. I will be ringing my bank to report fraudulent unrecognised activity and will be mailing them the chat log etc.. i got sent round in circles last time and it’s not happening again!
