Money taken out of my account for 2 subscriptions without my knowledge or authorisationnin I. Have

I have noticed 2 payments for 2 subscriptions have gone from my account without my knowledge and authorisation. Tv boost £6 and entertainment package £9.99. Please can you refund me the full amount and I want to close this account urgently as I have not used you for a few years hence my amazement at you taking these amounts out .Thankyou .

You need to talk to Live Chat:-

the following link leads you to direct contact with Now (via a tiny green circle with a v in it, so keep your eyes peeled for that when you have made your initial choices):-

Avoid ‘Get Help Quicker’ there; the Nowbot, while it means well, doesn’t know its own limitations, and it won’t help you once you get to this stage. Also, don’t choose Request a Refund, even if that is what you want, as that will only deliver you to the Nowbot; pick something else.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
