Hi Team,
I had canceled the broadband effective on 15th July and been charged £7.20 on 3rd August as per agreed cancellation charges. However, on 10th August, I have been again charged £20.75.
Please could you verify and help with the required adjustments? Thanks in advance

You hijacked the wrong thread for this question. As the thread is about broadband, whereas yours relates to TV only.
Did you receive a confirmation email about the cancellation?
If not then the cancellation didn’t go through.
