I subscribed to the service and was happy but notice the extra charges for sky cinema and boost service??? That’s sealed the deal to cancel.  I was not aware of this and taking this money from my bank. As far as I was aware ordering a movie and paying for it does not make you agree to subscribe to the monthly charges for sky cinema and where the charge for BOOST!!! Came from for £5 a month has been added is beyond me. I will not be recommending this service to anyone.

Did you take out this offer on the website? If so it states all 3 memberships are separate and will be charged separately.

If you want any form of refund you’ll have to contact NOW directly by live chat, just make sure you click “chat online” within the green box and not “get help quicker” as this is a bot.

With NOW you don't order one particular movie like Sky Store for example and you pay a monthly subscription for NOW Cinema and this will keep auto renewing until cancelled.

Did you purchase the NOW Cinema TV Membership from your online account under My Membership or from the NOW website? 

The NOW website usually under it's offer section combines a 7 day free trial Boost with either the Cinema or Entertainment TV Membership and you can either remove the 7 day free trial during when you are at the check out basket page stage or just start the Boost and cancel it straight away to prevent it auto renewing at £5 per month until you decide to cancel.

Usually when you purchase the Cinema Membership via your online account this is normally purchased separately from the Boost 7 day free trial.

Your best bet is to jump over to NOW live web chat by clicking on the green chat online button from this link page below and ask them to cancel the unwanted Membership or Memberships and ask for some sort of refund.
