Yesterday, my toddler managed to purchase a sky sports pass for £33.99! I've since set up a parental pin and cancelled the pass but we have sky sports downstairs so don't need the pass! We haven't watched anything on it and I've been continually trying to contact someone but can't get passed the robot on the chat! It just keeps giving me the menu to work through. Is there any way to contact about the possibility of getting a refund? Its a genuine silly mistake. Not ideal shelling out money we don't need to at this time of year.
