For the second time, some of my devices have been removed (without my permission) - I lost access to my entertainment package for a week - and I also received an email saying that my entertainment package will be cancelled on 10th Jan - again without my permission.
Can you please rectify both of these errors and also compensate me for the loss of access to my entertainment package?
