Hi we've got a go live date of today for our broadband service but have no connection yet. What should we expect as we've had no communication and can't get a number to contact. Was your date reliable and did broadband just go live on the promised day?? Tips welcomed

As for contact numbers, a quick search on the forum and more importantly the last few threads you will see contact numbers for NOW. There are plenty of threads that contain the number.
