As title, the router crashes/reboots every 42 minutes for no known reason and I can't get past the 1st tier script jockeys telling me to change the wifi channel on a router where I have turned off wifi.
I randomly got through to Irish support yesterday before a failing mobile signal dropped the connection, he apologised for the "wifi channel" comments of far flung colleagues explaining they had to stick to their script even though wrong. Line test showed no problem. Crashes/reboots continuing.
Despairing at getting this properly addressed, anyone have a route to getting to actual UK Tech Support?
Here's a record of the router log when it happens, same report each time. Advice appreciated

All broadband support is through the same number. Who you get is pot luck.
See this link for the number.

@gavs82008 Thanks but as they keep denying there's a problem I'm forced to move to Virgin.
I've purchased a new Now router and the problem persists and Now support is non-existent.
Can't recall how long I've used it but at least 5-6 years and now I'm off and moving my family to Virgin as well as that's the only way I can help them out when they need it.
I guess the downside is an 18 month contract but the upside is 4x faster internet AND a lower monthly cost

That sucks, not that I am with NOW in any shape of form for broadband. As I have 500mb with BT thanks to FTTP in my area only 😎
Take for FTTP you only have virgin as your options? Have been with them many times in the past and always thought the connection was super unreliable. That said might be better now with more FTTP from OpenReach?

All your log showed was a router powering up from a complete reset, so not much can be gathered from that.
Hope the move to Virgin goes well, but I'm seriously surprised it is cheaper than Now.

Virgin M125 has an £80 bill credit here that brings it in under what Now is offering. If MSE shows you the same display it is showing me of course, as they can be sneaky like that.

MSE, or any other comparison site, shows me nothing for Virgin, as they are not available here.
But yes, I wasn't allowing for new customer discounts.
It was just that on the Vodafone forum, lots of people move from Virgin because of their high prices.
Of course, Vodafone offer full fibre so their speed offerings can match those of Virgin.

I can’t get Virgin either, nor Now. But I didn’t tell MSE where I live 😛
