Hi,
I've been without internet service since Thursday, 17th of November. I raised a few tickets but didn't get any further updates other than confirmation that there is an outage in the Canning Town area, and engineers are working on it.
When can I expect service to be back, and what is the scope of the issue?

This is a customer to customer forum, so don't expect any staff to post on the status of network connections. You need to call the broadband team, see link for number.
