Tho my neighbour three doors down who also has NOW isn’t having a problem. It’s been out since at least 5 am. Message just says “engineers working on it”. What the heck is the issue that would take out just some houses on the same street?!

Also I was forced to choose among three labels for this post none of which were relevant. I hate it here.

Your neighbours could be on a different street cabinet, or there is a fault in the cabinet that has taekn some lines down but not others.
is your phone service on the same line still working ?
