I'm not sure of any one can help , I have changed over from sse to sky but I dont have a remote and the one on my phone will not work either ,does anyone know what I can do ,thank you for reading:)

Sky and NOW are not the same company, even though Sky own NOW. Its operations are run by completely separate teams.
So are you a Sky or NOW customer?
As @redchiz1 says. remote for what?
