I am writing to report a critical issue with my broadband connection in Dundee. Since June 18, 2023, my router's internet light has been blinking orange, and I have tried all troubleshooting steps to no avail. Payment is up to date, and there are no problems with the socket, micro filter, or cable. Please resolve this issue promptly.
