I recently got NOWTV broadband in my new flat, the service was supposed to go live on Monday, but I have no internet. The router is plugged in an WiFi works, but the internet light is not on at all. Not even orange.
When I run a technical check online I see:
INC3903419 - Full Exchange Outage - nebea, nelc, nerg, nestn
I don't know if my connection is set up correctly or not. Is this outage ever going to get fixed? Not impressed as a new customer, I expected my broadband to be up and running on Monday and it's now Friday...

@Dave5 we’ve got the same issue. It’s been unavailable since 5am. I’ve been with Now a year and not had an issue up until now. Sounds like the issue is a general open reach outage rather than being specific to now, but we’re all affected locally. Hopefully they’ll fix it soon!
