North of Scotland Outage

Hello,

Does anyone know when the north of Scotland exchange outage is going to be fixed as I can't really do without my phone.

Bear VERY aware that NOW don’t own a single bit of network and are completely reliant on OpenReach to sort anything out. Also an FYI when you report it after 2 working days you could be in line for compensation.

I am having the same problem, we have Nowtv broadband in a holiday let and the guests are asking when it will be fixed. Its difficult when there is so little information up online.  I tried going to this forum as advised when I rang up after running all the checks they advise you to do online, This is the only post I could find.  I called customer service but just got kicked off.  Some approx timelines would be helpful. It appears from an error message I got from the technical checks I ran that the outage started this afternoon at 2pm? Its now nearly 7pm.
