Beginner need broadband kit?

As NowTV have decided to deliver my kit to an address before I my rental contract starts, I will not be in the property when it is delivered. I have an engineer coming to set up my broadband quickly after I move in. I am worried that the engineer will turn up and I won’t have my kit. Will the engineer the kit?

Best ask the Now Broadband team, as no one here will be able to give you a definitive answer 😢

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
