Has anyone manged to get their £50 tesco voucher.

I have waited 60 days and not received an e mail yet. I have spent hours on the phone to Now TV who have told me that this is a third party offer and sent me a useless link :-

I got my Tesco voucher in October. I signed up through Compare the Market and had no problems. I wonder if Martin Lewis had reposted that deal but people had to go through the link from Compare the market to be properly registered.

If you are not getting anywhere try the Trading Standards dept at your local Borough council.

I signed up To Now TV broadband on October !2, 2018. via compare the Market. I was promised either a £50 Tesco voucher or Argos voucher. I picked an Argos voucher. I was again told that after 60 days I would be sent this voucher. As of yet no voucher! Why?

I’ve been looking at this today it’s like ping pong , now tv say it’s managed by compare the market  , compare the markets say no it’s run by. now tv

I've tried chasing this up via Moneysavingexpert, via the "gift.io" link and also via the awin email kindly provided above. In my case I was promised an M&S voucher.

So far, no luck - having signed up in January (so over 90 days ago).

Only the moneysavingexpert team correspond with me. They have tried to chase on my behalf, but have been told several times (not sure by whom) that it has been sent! I check, point out it has not arrived, and we go round again in circles.

I have checked both spam and regular inbox - it has not been sent at any time.

So I would not trust them when you are told it is "on its way" etc. Seems to be just a stalling device.

If someone from Now TV sees this discussion, perhaps you could just explain whether this is simply delayed communication - which is bad enough but can happen if you are overstretched - or is the offer outright fraud?

Just as FYI - I was told countless times that it's on the way.   I eventually succeeded with the agency (awin) referenced above. 

If/when you want to escalate this contact NOW TV's dispute resolution service called CISAS ( email addr ... [email removed]).

NOW TV are required to inform you of this escalation route if you have formally complained to them.  In my case, they didn't but I found out about it via Google.

Check your emails, there is a second email to claim the voucher.
Alternatively could be delayed due to Xmas.

I got mine a couple of weeks ago. You will get an email with a claim link on it. Go to the link and  print the voucher and take to Tesco. I used the whole voucher as I wasn't sure if you could use part.

2) who was the e mail from - was it now TV or somebody else?

3) did the e mail go into spam? I am concerned mine might have gone into spam and I deleted it

Hi Maebeline, I got Now tv broadband installed on 3rd September, I had an email from them on 28th September asking me to claim the gift card and it was emailed to me by Now tv on 11th October. Try searching Now tv on your email account, mine definitely came into the primary section of my Gmail.

Hope you can sort it out, try customer service if you can't locate it.

I got  broadband on 6th Sept and it's nearly 2 months ago and not had any e mail.

When I ring now tv - they tell me it's a 3rd party offer and nothing to do with them.

I'm fairly sure I got the offer through compare the market, the emails were
definitely from Now tv themselves.

I am also through Money Savings Expert.  Odered on August 23rd and first billed on the 6th (service live date).

Have not received a voucher and sent e-mails to [email removed] which I was given by chat help.  I also sent a message through this website to complain gift.wegift.io.

All this and I have had no response and also the chat help keep passing it on.  My gift card was for John Lewis.

Hi I havn’t received anything either I’ve emailed 3 times to the customer service on the email I first received again like you it was on the Martin Lewis site but i’ve had no response from them.

Mine was from Compare the market, I got mine within 2 months of joining.
Others seem to be getting theirs eventually. Contact your local Trading
Standards department for advice at your county council.
