Failure of internet (Cambridgeshire)


My WiFi connection to my devices is fine but have had no internet since the evening of 14.02.23 (more than 2 days).

Where can I find useful info regarding when it will be back up and running, what compensation I am entitled to and how it will be paid?

Also why does [voucher code removed]'s customer service phone line simply disconnect you if you are not at home and not give you an option to speak to someone when the issue is not with your router but with the provider as a whole?

The only way to get updated for the fault is by calling the broadband team. See link below for the number.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
