No Internet despite 3 green lights. Ntp request failure @ ntp2.isp.sky.com appears to be root cause.

Tried restarting and resetting my browser. 192.168.0.1/now_tv_self_heal.cgi is giving a 404 not found error. 

192.168.0.1/Now_tv_logs.html has a value of Thu Jan 1 00:12:47 1970 (not a typo). I can see an ntp request to ntp2.isp.sky.com that is getting a tr69 response that  “Connect to ACS failed: Could not resolve host”

Posting on here means noting when it comes to broadband as support NEVER come on and post on the forum. You need to call the broadband team. See link for number.

my internet access also went awol last night approx 22:30, router log shows normal service from about 02:00 today.

Internet light was always green though!
