I've had a request to give proof of my internet bill for ID purposes

Of course the downloadable pdf has no indication of the account details, it just gives the amount paid.  My address isn't on it, even my name isn't.  So I wondered if there's a way I could get something like that.  I already gave them screen captures of my account details and I guess they didn't like that.

Afraid not, you will need to try another bill such as council tax.
