Now TV wouldn't load on Xbox one so I delete to re install and now it won't install

My Xbox one wouldn't load now TV but other apps worked fine. 

 

I deleted to re install and now the installation won't even try to start. I have hard reset my Xbox and network. I have installed other similar apps fine. But still no luck with now TV. Any suggestions?

Amazon prime video works fine. I will be cancelling my nowtv. Annoying they have no customer service! And one of the more expensive steaming apps. Fools

Thanks NowTV. Your broken service and pitiful treatment of customers will be saving me money now that I've dropped you because of this. I advise others to do the same and to remember there are other ways to see your favourite shows.

This is very poor. Very poor indeed. You should at the very least have a goon repeatedly telling us that you are working on it. I know you had one further back on the list but that was a day ago. The fact that you can't even be bothered to do that is just plain rude.

Same here. Got the week off work and wanted to watch the test match. Done everything the other respondents have. Now the app won't even install. Not impressed.

I have hard reset my Xbox and network.

I need this resolved otherwise my subscription is going bye bye.

Same problems here ,it still works on iPad but nothing on both xboxes in my house so something must need repairing there end,it just say 0%installing then comes up with installation stopped all the time

I get the same issue too. Works fine on PC but wouldn't load on Xbox so uninstalled and now it won't reinstall (other apps do and run fine)

I cannot access any of the Now TV channels - movies, boxsets, sport on Xbox One

Black screen with NowTV logo only.

Uninstalled app, tryed to re-install and just get error message.

Same here!!! My partner messed in the settings and completely removed it, now it looks like it’s installing but I don’t know, i’ve tried hard resetting the Xbox, draining it of power, disconnecting the internet etc but nothing, maybe you guys could try? I don’t know what he clicked on I was too busy trying to be techy...... wait it keeps coming up with installation stopped, HELPPPPP

We are having the same issue as of 10pm GMT . Assume it's an issue with now TV sky. Just have to wait and see.

I’ve got exactly the same problem and have had all day. I’ve cleared cache on Xbox, have reset router and have uninstalled nowtv and now just get installation stopped when I try to reinstall. 

I tried to speak to someone on love chat and gave them all my details only for it to disconnect before they could provide any advice/answer which sounds a bit like what happened to you...

I take it no one from Sky is monitoring this forum, I have removed it from my Xbox and cleared my cache etc and now it won’t reinstall. Everything else works perfectly fine

Any other suggestions or just wait?

We have the same problem exactly. Now TV has not worked on Xbox one (which is the way that we use it) since at least the 29/01/2019.

I don’t know if this is a Microsoft issue or Now TV issue- but I would appreciate some input from Now TV.
