If your broadband has a problem, that is always a possibility with the technology used.
Why would you be contacting the cancellation team, before you have given Now a chance to resolve it?
Do you know if the problem is affecting other ISP's as well as Now?
You need to be calling the number from this link, not to cancel as @Jayach pointed out.
