Got an email saying I had to finish setting up my account but when I click the link and enter the details as requested it says “Please use the same details you provided when you called us to order NOW Broadband.” These are the correct details ?
also in my orders there’s nothing displayed but I have a Royal Mail notification that the router is on its way??
