Does anybody have a clue why there has been no Internet access on Broom Lane Levenshulme manchesterits been 2 days now and no sign or knowledge of what is going on at now TV customer service centre took over 1 hour for me to get through to the cancellation team terrible service all around would not recommend nowtv to anybody

If your broadband has a problem, that is always a possibility with the technology used.
Why would you be contacting the cancellation team, before you have given Now a chance to resolve it?
Do you know if the problem is affecting other ISP's as well as Now?

You need to be calling the number from this link, not to cancel as @Jayach pointed out.
