Hi, I called up a few weeks ago as we’re moving house. I was told my broadband would activate in the new place on the 14th and have an email saying that as well, but the MyAccount part of the website just says my service is being cancelled on the 13th.
Does it update closer to the time? Or do I need to call again?

This NOW help article mentions you may get a leaving Broadband notification, but just ignore it.
To be on the safe side i would either phone the NOW Broadband Team or send them an email for reassurances.
