New to Now

Just joined Now Broadband today. I will go live on Dec20th. However, I can find no mention on the site about cancelling my current provider. Do I have to physically do it  or will Now take care of all of that  ?

Ive just checked my bank to see a payment for 9.99 come out my broadband isn't this much and I have no other subscribtions with you I can't seem to find a number to ring either

Hi, I’ve got a broadband account and it goes out of my account every month but when I try to log on to my account it’s saying I have a tv account which has nothing on and I don’t have any payments due or anything?
