I have moved house and called to arrange it in advance, after that I received an email saying an engineer would come around 8am-1pm yesterday, which they didn't show up, there was no text/call or email update. So when I look on my account under orders nothing shows up relating to an engineer appointment, only that I've cancelled (which I assumed meant for my previous address). When I called at about 1pm asking about there not being anything in my order page the person told me it looked good on their side so I waited all day for the engineer, now I'm not sure what's gone wrong, will call again later to ask I suppose

The engineer doesn’t always need to visit the property if you have a working BT Master Socket there.
Have you actually received and installed your hub from Now (it’s self-install)?
If so, is the centre light on?
If so, you are good to go.
