2 green lights no middle light

I had the engineer come yesterday and my activation date was yesterday, I followed the guide on how to set up and still not working. I need this fixed asap does anyone have any tips thanks

Contact Now Broadband.

If it’s their problem, which it probably is, they will need to get onto it.

If it’s your problem, which it possibly is, they are best placed to walking you through fixing it.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
