Does anyone know a contact number to contact Now and actually speak to someone.  The online chat cannot answer my query and I cannot find any other way of contacting someone on the web site

Any online chat with staff won’t be able to help as they can only deal with TV memberships. Best to use the number from the link provided by @Jayach
