CORRECT BILLING NAME ON INVOICE & mention of appropriatre VAT level(for recovery purposes byCouncil

As a PARISH CLERK I'm responsible for all public service invoices - my NOW B/BAND invoices paid by

direct debit by me personally do not show my name or the Parish Council Name - we must have this info. to enable VAT recovery every 6 months- as my previous supplier -"DAISY TELECOM" - WHEN CAN WE EXPECT CORRECT detail on our invoices please.   and how do we request previous invoices from March to July'2023 so we may progress our recovery with HMRC ? - THIS IS our 3rd month of trying to address this important issue - REPLY URGENTLY PLEASE

You seem to have marked one of your own posts as a solution, you can unmark it again using the menu from the three vertical dots.

TalkTalk is a domestic, residential service. As such they do not issue VAT receipts, nor are they obliged to,

I assume you meant Now, but yes it has been asked on here many times, and as Now is a domestic service, they do not need to issue VAT receipts.

As mentioned NOW is only for personal use. So any VAT won’t be recoverable. See this link.

As above, Now broadband is for residential/domestic purposes and as such no VAT invoices .

 The most you could claim is out of pocket expenses, although if you are using it in your own domestic property then i would have thought that it would fall outside the scope of claiming it back on expenses.

If so then it would appear that internet connections from openreach that are used by Now broadband are dire , have you tried something like three business broadband (5G/4G) - which shows as available in that area - and will provide you with a VAT receipt and all the rest

I'm just wondering how it has taken 3 months to find out now is a domestic service.
